Peer Review Process

Submission and Review Guidelines

  1. Submission
    • Each submitted manuscript will be assigned a unique paper ID, which must be referenced in all subsequent communications.
    • Authors are required to ensure their manuscripts are complete and adhere to the conference submission guidelines.
  2. Initial Screening
    • The Paper Review Committee (PRC) will perform an initial screening of all submitted manuscripts.
    • The screening process will evaluate the paper’s relevance to the conference topics, originality, plagiarism, organization, and the quality of figures, diagrams, illustrations, equations, and other supporting elements.
  3. Peer Review Process
    • Manuscripts that pass the screening stage will advance to the technical peer review process.
    • Each manuscript will be evaluated by at least two independent reviewers.
    • The corresponding author will be notified of the review outcome. If revisions are required, the revised version must be submitted within 15 days of receiving the revision notification.
  4. Revision and Final Decision
    • Revised manuscripts will be reviewed to ensure all suggested corrections have been adequately addressed.
    • For minor revisions, the Paper Review Committee will provide recommendations to the Organizing Chair.
    • The final decision on manuscript acceptance will be made by the Organizing Chair based on reviewer feedback and PRC recommendations. The decision will be communicated to the corresponding author.
  5. Registration and Publication
    • Only registered papers will be scheduled for presentation at the conference.
    • Accepted and presented papers will be published in the official conference proceedings.
